Our Driver Education Traffic Safety (DETS) course is the shortcut to your Florida Learner's Driver License (aka, learner's license or learner's permit)! If you're at least 15 years old but under the age of 18, Florida requires you to take this 6-hour course before you can hit the road. We make it as smooth and painless as possible.

This FLHSMV-authorized program is broken into seven short, super-manageable sections packed with:

Fast and Simple

We have to give you a 40-question final exam. Sorry. But don't worry, it's easy. Score 80% or better and boom—you're done! We electronically report your completion to FLHSMV, and you'll get an emailed completion confirmation in case you need it later.
