What It Does: This is a state-sanctioned program that allows a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian to teach a new driver (their child) the required classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction for a Class C license

Eligibility: First-time license applicants. A parent/guardian must meet strict eligibility criteria and use course materials from a TDLR-approved provider.
